Questions regarding reservations:
- Question 1: You can use the facility for 8 hours between 8:00 and 19:30. (We will ask for your preferred time when you make your reservation.)
- Question 2: If you book in advance, we offer pick-up and drop-off service from Naha Airport or your accommodation in the vicinity (within a 15km radius). Please let us know if you require this service.
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Departure may be cancelled due to weather or sea conditions. The captain will make a decision by 5 PM the day before and contact the booked party directly.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- Preschool children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Reminders
Ages of participation: 0 to 100 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: You will be getting splashed with seawater, so we recommend wearing clothing that can get a little wet. High heels are also discouraged for safety reasons.
Regarding rental equipment: Snorkeling equipment is free for up to 7 people. → For groups of 8 or more, an additional ¥5,000 (excluding tax) will be charged per person (advance reservation required).
Duration comment: 480 minutes

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
