• Question 1: Height, weight, shoe size, age ▶ If you don't know, please let us know via Activity Japan message after booking. ● Participation age is [10 to 59 years old]. For those who choose FUN diving (those with a license): License organization, rank, number of dives.
• Question 2: After your reservation, we will send you the details via message within Activity Japan. Please be sure to check them before participating in the tour. If you agree, please reply with "Yes"!
• Question 3: This plan is for one person only. If you are booking for two or more people, our plan for two or more people is more economical. Please check our plan page. If you have reviewed the above and agree, please answer [Yes].
• Question 4: For customers who wish to go diving, if you have a flight scheduled after the tour, we cannot offer you the diving experience. If it is discovered on the day of the tour that you have a flight scheduled, a cancellation fee will apply. Are you taking a flight on the day of the tour? Please answer [Yes] if you do not have a flight scheduled. For customers participating in snorkeling or skin diving, taking a flight after the tour is not a problem.
• Question 5: [For customers wishing to snorkel or skin dive] For safety reasons, we do not offer tours to anyone who has ever experienced epilepsy, insulin-dependent diabetes, mental illness, or fainting due to panic attacks. No one has any of the above medical histories. [For customers wishing to dive] The following individuals are not permitted to participate: ・Heart or circulatory system disease ・Epilepsy, neurological or mental illness ・Lung or respiratory system disease ・Asthma ・Diabetes ・Those requiring assistance ・Pregnant ・Those taking prescription medications. In particular, insulin and blood pressure medications are incompatible with the sea, marine sports, and diving, and could lead to accidents. Only those who do not fall into any of the above categories may participate. Please review the above information and answer "Yes" if you agree.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• The event may be canceled in case of inclement weather. Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation costs in such cases.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• Please note that we cannot offer this tour to those who: 〇 have heart or circulatory diseases 〇 have epilepsy, neurological or brain diseases 〇 have lung or respiratory diseases 〇 have mental or behavioral disorders 〇 have asthma 〇 have diabetes 〇 are pregnant or have any other health concerns, medical history, major surgery history, hospitalization history, or are currently taking prescription medications. After booking, we will assume that you do not fall into any of the above categories. After your application, we will send you details via message on Activity Japan. Please reply to our message to confirm the details. We offer child rates and senior rates for those aged 10-14 and 56-59. We do not offer this tour to those aged 60 and over. If you book at the basic rate with children or seniors in your group, you will be required to pay the difference in cash on the day of the tour. This plan has an age limit, so customers who do not meet the age requirement cannot book. If it is discovered after booking that someone outside the age limit will be participating, a cancellation fee will be charged based on our cancellation policy, so please check in advance.

Other special notes:

• ・During the summer snorkeling tour, due to the heat, we require you to wear a life jacket over your swimsuit while snorkeling. If you are concerned about sunburn, please bring your own protective gear such as a rash guard. ・Towel sandals are limited in number. We prioritize customers who contact us after booking. ・To ensure the safety of our tour, please be sure to complete the medical history form. In some cases, we may not be able to conduct the tour on the day without a doctor's certificate. Please note that in this case, it will be considered a cancellation due to customer circumstances. ・You cannot board an airplane after diving. Please come to the tour with a schedule that does not include flying on the day of the tour. ・Towel sandals are limited in number. We prioritize customers who contact us after booking. ・For the free photo and video package, you will receive 20 photos and 1 video free of charge. You can add the unlimited photo and video option for 2200 yen. If you wish to add this option, please let us know after booking or on the day of the tour. Payment is cash only on site. If your mobile phone/smartphone does not have enough storage space, we may not be able to transfer the photos and videos immediately after the tour. Approximately 3GB of storage space is required.・This plan includes free feeding. One piece of fu (wheat gluten) is provided free of charge per group, but if you would like to feed more, additional fu is available as an option for 200 yen. ・If you do not have a swimsuit, you can use your own clothes that can get wet. ・The tour can be held even in rainy weather, but in the event of poor sea conditions, we may need to discuss changing the diving/snorkeling point. If the tour is unavoidably canceled, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses to the location. ・If you are late due to traffic congestion, flight or bus delays, or your own troubles, the time you spend in the water may be shortened, or we may not be able to guide you into the water or you may not be able to board the boat. In such cases, it will be considered your fault, so please allow ample time to arrive. ・We will primarily communicate with overseas customers in Japanese. If, due to booking circumstances, an instructor who speaks your preferred language is not available, we will use a translation app. ・For cancellations due to customer reasons, the cancellation policy will apply.
