Arrive 10 minutes early, confirm your information, and you can board the bus. The staff will provide you with a ticket for the return trip. The advantage is that it's a direct route without stops, but the frequency of buses is relatively low.
Thanks to the tour leader for the bilingual (English and Japanese) introductions, even though I don't speak Japanese, I was able to participate and learn a lot. The timing of the attractions we visited was also perfect, making it a great option for travelers without a car.
It was fantastic!! It saved us the time of finding the bus stop ourselves, which was great for those of us who hadn't done much research! The driver would tell us when to board, and we could also rest well on the bus and have a lot of fun!
The company provides excellent service. The day before, they will send participants information such as the meeting point and time via WhatsApp in both Chinese and Japanese. Upon arrival, staff speaking different languages will provide explanations. Life jackets and vomit bags will be provided on board. After setting sail, the boat will stay for about an hour, during which you may be lucky enough to see whales surface a few times. After that, you can either return on your own or take the shuttle bus. The entire process takes about 2.5 hours.
The entire trip was fantastic! The time management was excellent, the tour guide was very friendly and provided detailed explanations, and a simple Chinese meal was included – great value for money!! This was my first time participating in a KKday day tour, and it's incredibly convenient for solo travelers and those without their own transportation. I would definitely consider joining again for future trips!!
