Please read the precautions carefully before purchasing tickets. Successful ticket purchase signifies acceptance of the following activity precautions: According to Article 6, "Refund and Exchange Mechanism," of the Ministry of Culture's "Standardized Contract for Arts and Cultural Performance Tickets," there are four refund and exchange options. For this activity, option two is available for refunds, as explained below. (Refunds are limited to three days after purchase, based on the purchase details.) Service fees, bank transfer fees, and ticket collection fees not included in the ticket price are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are available within three days of purchase (excluding the day of purchase). Refund requests will not be accepted from the fourth day onwards. If the third day after purchase (excluding the day of purchase) falls on a holiday, the deadline for submitting refund requests will be extended to the next business day. Exchanges will be treated as refunds. Example: Tickets purchased on July 7, 2026, have a refund deadline of July 10, 2026. Refund requests from July 11, 2026 (inclusive) onwards will not be accepted. Subsequent refund requests will follow the same pattern.

If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the consumer (in accordance with government policy).

To maintain the quality of the merchandise, try-on is not available at this event to avoid any disputes arising from damage caused by human error. - Beverages and food are not allowed inside the event; they must be consumed or disposed of outside the venue before entry. A food market will be set up inside the venue.

Children under six years old (inclusive) can enter for free when accompanied by a ticketed adult; children over six years old need to purchase a ticket to enter.

GQ PASS and KKday are the designated ticketing channels for this event. Please be aware that private ticket exchanges or purchases from other websites may lead to fraud or transaction disputes. The organizer will not be responsible for any issues such as being unable to enter the venue or other problems.

If any instance of reselling at a higher price for non-personal use (including any markup such as purchasing fee, transportation fee, or subsidy) is found to be true, it will be reported to the police in accordance with Article 64, Paragraph 2 of the Social Order Maintenance Act.
