Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Because it is heavily dependent on the weather, it may be canceled on windy or rainy days.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- Participation is open to those aged 6 and over. *Pregnant women, those with serious medical conditions, those with back or neck problems, and those who do not fit the equipment size are not permitted to participate. *Those with a fear of heights should exercise caution. Parasailing is heavily influenced by weather conditions, so we may have to cancel the activity on the day due to ocean conditions or bad weather. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Clothing and belongings: Please wear clothes that can get wet (skirts are not permitted). Sun protection (hat with strap, sunglasses, sunscreen) Motion sickness medication (please take it before the tour if you are prone to motion sickness) Valuables (smartphone, wallet, car keys, etc.) Drinks (only those with lids)
Duration comment: Depending on the rope length, the flight takes approximately 10 minutes using a maximum rope length of 200m. The schedule, including departure and return, is 1 to 1.5 hours.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
