Unlike other tourist attractions of Sapa, the Thac Bac Waterfall is far away from the center of Sapa, making it rather quiet and peaceful. Located at 1.800m with the sea level, 15 kilometers away from the town is Sapa Silver Waterfall, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in this country. The Waterfall is about 200 meters high, which is upstream of Muong Hoa stream, at the foot of O Quy pass. - You can choose to join the Morning tour or the Afternoon tour. Please indicate your preferred departure time in the order notes after placing your order.
- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, we will not wait for latecomers.
- We offer pick-up and drop-off service from hotels in Sapa Town Center. Please specify your hotel name and location when placing your order.
- Reservations must be made at least seven working days in advance and no last-minute reservations are allowed. Once the group is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- The minimum number of participants is 2. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent one day before departure.
- To apply for travel liability insurance, please be sure to fill in the "Personal Traveler Information" form. If you have a hotel address in the Old Town, please note it when placing your order.
- If you have any special dietary needs, please inform us in the remarks section when ordering.
- You must provide the name of the representative + local Vietnamese phone number (if none) + email + communication software account.
- Once the group is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
- If part of your itinerary is cancelled due to delays caused by force majeure factors such as traffic and weather, please contact us and we will consider a partial refund based on the circumstances.

Morning Tour: 08:00 – 12:00 (Lunch included at the end)
Afternoon Tour: 12:30 – 16:30 (Lunch included at the beginning)
Sunset & Night Tour: 17:00- 21:00 (Dinner included at the end)

It is recommended to bring: sun hat, parasol, sunscreen, sunglasses, cash and other personal items.
