One ticket covers the entire journey, from the departure elevator to the shuttle bus and to the glass bridge. The weather wasn't great when I came, otherwise the scenery would have been even more beautiful. I highly recommend that anyone who comes bring a hair tie or headband, otherwise the wind will be so strong when you're taking photos that you'll question your existence.
We had a fantastic full‑day tour to Cat Cat Village, Moana, and Fansipan. Our guide, Sumy, truly made the experience memorable. She was attentive, friendly, and always checking in on everyone to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying the day. She kept the pace manageable for all participants, which made the tour feel relaxed even with a full itinerary. Her local knowledge, warm personality, and helpful guidance added so much to the experience. Highly recommend this tour—and especially Sumy—when visiting Sapa.
The counter staff and managers were very friendly. Passengers had access to a private VIP lounge with showers. The train interior was beautiful, the blankets and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the environment was very clean. A wonderful travel experience.
Cat Cat Village was like a Hmong theme park. It was crowded and noisy, which wasn't to my liking. The trek to Yi Ling Ho the next day was great. It reminded me of the good old days of Japan and made me feel nostalgic. The guide's explanations were easy to understand and very helpful. He was kind to us, even though we're not good at English. Keili also explained things clearly, which was great. The shop staff were also very kind and the food was delicious. It was a great trip! Thank you very much!!
