✔ This product is a fully customized private day tour, allowing you to tailor the itinerary entirely to your preferences and requirements. However, since Okinawa Island spans over 100 kilometers from north to south,
visiting attractions that are too far apart in a single day may result in a significant amount of time spent on the road. Therefore, we recommend touring according to the three main routes: North, Central, and South.

- Departure Time and Location
✔ Our customer service team will contact you in advance to confirm your preferred departure and end times and locations for the day of your trip.
✔ Departure Time: The driver will wait at the designated location before the agreed departure time. If the departure is delayed due to the guest's own reasons, the time will still be counted from the agreed-upon time, so please plan your schedule accordingly!
✔ Meeting Point: Generally, this is at your hotel or guesthouse. However, other departure or end locations can be specified based on your requirements.
✔ Trip Duration: This product offers 3 duration options: a 5-hour, 8-hour, or 10-hour private day tour. Overtime fees will apply if the scheduled duration is exceeded.

To ensure a smoother trip, please read the following instructions before booking. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Order Confirmation
This product uses a two-confirmation system. After the order is submitted, it needs to be confirmed by customer service before the reservation is considered successful.
- Cancellation and Change Instructions
If a traveler is unable to participate in the trip or cancels the trip due to personal reasons, the order will not be refundable or changeable. Thank you for your understanding.
- Force majeure
In the event of force majeure (such as earthquakes, war, etc.) and the trip is cancelled as a result, no fees will be charged.
- Private tour service hours
Private tour service is available from 07:00 to 21:00 (Japan time).
If the rental period exceeds this time slot, additional charges will apply. Please confirm the details with customer service in advance.
- Passenger capacity and luggage information
Please arrange your trip according to the number of passengers and luggage allowance of the vehicle you booked.
If the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity and cannot be adjusted, it may affect the itinerary. Any related losses incurred will be borne by the passengers themselves. Please take note.
- Meeting and departure times
To ensure a smooth trip, we recommend that you arrive at the designated meeting point approximately 10 minutes in advance.
The private tour time will be calculated from the originally agreed departure time.
- Private tour time instructions
If the actual usage time on the day is less than the booked time, you can choose to end the trip early, but the difference in booked time will not be refunded.
- Departure time calculation method
The private tour time on the same day will be based on the departure time agreed upon at the time of booking.
If the departure is delayed due to the passenger's personal reasons, the time will still be calculated from the originally agreed time, not the actual departure time. Thank you for your cooperation.
- In-vehicle regulations
To maintain a comfortable riding environment, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
Please also try to avoid eating foods with strong odors; however, drinking water and beverages are fine.
- Remote service fee
If the trip departs from or ends in an area north of Nago City, a remote service fee will apply. Kunigami Village is not included in the private tour service area; please contact customer service for detailed pricing information if you require travel to that area.
- Overtime fee
For every 30 minutes of overtime, there will be a charge of 3000 yen. Please pay the driver directly.

Child safety seats
One child safety seat (for children under 6 years old) is provided free of charge. A second or more child safety seats will be charged at 1000 yen per day. Please inform us of your request at the time of booking so we can prepare one for you.
