* If the number of passengers is less than the capacity, one seat will be allocated for luggage for each passenger who is not present. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be provided.
* Driver language support: Japanese, Chinese
* If the number of passengers actually boarding does not match the number specified in the booking, resulting in overloading, the driver reserves the right to refuse the service, and no refund will be provided.
* Please note that changes to the time or location on the day of the tour are not permitted.

Purchase Notice
Regarding additional charges:
- If you set your departure or destination to Suginami Ward, Itabashi Ward, Nerima Ward, Nakano Ward, Setagaya Ward, Adachi Ward, or Kita Ward, please pay the driver an additional 2,000 yen in cash.
- Free waiting time: 20 minutes
- If you exceed the free 20-minute waiting period, you will be charged 2000 yen for every 30 minutes thereafter.
- If the driver is unable to contact the customer after the free waiting period has elapsed and determines that there is no prospect of the customer being able to board, the driver reserves the right to depart without waiting for the customer. In this case, no refund will be provided, so please understand this in advance.
- If your usage time is between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM, an additional late-night fee of 2,000 yen will be charged. Please pay this fee to the driver in cash.
Reminders
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
This offer is for one-way travel only. If you require round-trip travel, please book a round-trip plan.
Customers requiring a child car seat should make a reservation in advance. (Please also let us know the number of seats needed and the appropriate size, along with your child's age.)
Please provide the name of the person making the reservation, phone number, email address, ID of a contact app you can use in Japan (WhatsApp, Line, WeChat, KakaoTalk, etc.), number of passengers, and number of pieces of luggage. The assigned driver will contact you the day before departure to reconfirm the contact method, pick-up location, and time for the day of departure.
Please note that an additional late-night fee of 2000 yen will be charged if you use the facilities between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
The first child seat is free, and the second one costs 2,000 yen per unit. A maximum of two child seats can be installed per vehicle. If needed, please apply for the "Child Seat Plan".
