Special Time Fees
For departures before 8:00 AM or trips after 10:00 PM, an additional night surcharge of NT$1000 will apply (payable to the driver on-site).

Taiwanese law mandates the use of infant cots or car seats for children under 4 years old; booster seats are recommended for children 4 years and older but under 120 cm tall. Please provide your child's date of birth, height, and weight when booking. A fee of NT$300 will be charged on-site.
Departure or arrival at Taoyuan Airport
An additional NT$1000 will be charged (payable to the driver on-site). Please provide your flight information in the remarks.
Reminders
Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited inside the vehicle: eating, smoking, applying sunscreen, taking off shoes, kicking the driver's seat back, spitting through the window, and littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver. If any items inside the vehicle are damaged or soiled, you will be required to pay for the damage at cost, and the payment must be made in cash on the spot.
If you need to change your itinerary or extend the rental period, please notify us at least 3 days in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 5 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 3 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
