Service Information and Usage Guidelines (Please Read Carefully)

Accurate Passenger and Luggage Count Required

If the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse service, and guests are responsible for handling any excess luggage.

Driver Language or Nationality Cannot Be Specified

If communication is difficult, the driver will use translation software to assist. We cannot accommodate requests for specific languages, nationalities, or individual drivers.

Complete Information Required for Booking

Please provide the number of passengers, as well as the quantity and size of luggage (packages default to 24-inch luggage). If traveling with pets, please inform customer service in advance.

Vehicle Images Are for Reference Only

The actual vehicle dispatched will prevail. If an Alphard is specified, it defaults to a 1st generation Alphard. If the vehicle type does not match, please keep your voucher and contact customer service.

Night Service Surcharge

Services between 22:00 local time and 07:00 the following day are considered night hours and will incur an additional night surcharge (not included in the default quote).

Child Seat Fees

Japan and Taiwan regions: The first child seat is provided free of charge.

Quote Defaults to One-Way Point-to-Point Transfer

If additional stops or other requirements are needed, please inform us when requesting a quote.

Value-Added Services Incur Additional Fees

Includes meet-and-greet with a sign, assistance with hotel check-in, assistance with flight check-in, and carrying luggage up or down stairs.

Driver Services Based on Order Details

If itinerary changes are not notified to customer service at least 24 hours in advance, the driver reserves the right to refuse service, and no refund will be provided.

Flight Delay Policy

Please notify customer service immediately in the event of a flight delay.

If you are unable to use this booking due to a delay or cancellation of the first leg of a connecting flight, the order cannot be refunded or changed.

For flights arriving on time or delayed by less than 2 hours: The driver will provide 90 minutes of free waiting time starting from the actual landing time.

For flights arriving early: The driver will arrive no later than the originally scheduled pickup time.

For flights delayed by more than 2 hours: Vehicle arrangements will be reassessed; if no vehicle can be arranged, the order may be cancelled without penalty.

If delays result in overtime or a shift to night arrival, overtime fees and night surcharges must be paid directly to the driver.

Airport Pickup Procedure

If meet-and-greet service was not purchased, the driver will wait in the parking area, and guests must wait at the temporary pickup point for 5–15 minutes (varies slightly by airport size).

If meet-and-greet service was purchased, the driver will park the vehicle and wait at the arrival hall or exit with a sign; please follow the driver's instructions.

If the Address Is Not Directly Accessible

If the destination cannot be reached due to traffic or road restrictions, you will be dropped off at the nearest safe location, as specified in the Service Description of your itinerary confirmation.

Recommended Airport Drop-off Time

For international flights, it is recommended to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours in advance; during holidays or peak seasons, please allow an extra hour to avoid delays caused by traffic or queues.

Additional Fee Information

Includes: changes to order details, itinerary adjustments, cross-sea ferry fees, ferry tickets, personal expenses, and all other unspecified costs, which must be paid to the driver on-site. If you have any questions, please consult customer service in advance or keep your receipts for post-trip processing.

Please Comply with Traffic Regulations

All passengers must fasten their seatbelts after boarding.

Please Check Your Valuables

Please double-check your luggage and belongings when getting on and off the vehicle. If items are lost, please contact the driver or customer service immediately for assistance.

Please Keep the Vehicle Clean

Please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle. If the vehicle is soiled or damaged, a cleaning or repair fee will be charged.

Handling Emergencies

In case of emergency or abnormal situations, please contact customer service immediately and retain relevant documentation for subsequent processing.
