Purchase Notice
Please confirm the following before purchasing.
- The minimum age for snorkeling is 5 years old; the minimum age for introductory diving is 10 years old; the maximum age for both is under 60 years old on the day of the activity.
- For safety reasons, participants weighing over 110 kilograms cannot make an appointment.
- Guests who are minors must bring a consent form signed by a family member on the day of the event; guests aged 12 or under must be accompanied by a parent.
- The event will proceed as scheduled even in rainy weather, provided the sea conditions are calm and suitable for sailing.
- Due to the rapidly changing weather in Okinawa and the narrow entrance to the Blue Cave, it may be impossible to enter the cave if the wind direction or strength is strong. In such cases, we will arrange for diving/snorkeling activities at a nearby location. We apologize for the inconvenience and will not provide refunds or compensation for changing the activity location.

Snorkeling can be booked for one guest, but the activity requires two guests to form a group. If the shop only has one guest registering for that time slot on the day, you will need to wait for the group to form.
A minimum of two people are required to participate in the introductory diving experience; registration is not accepted for individuals.

The minimum group size is 2 people, but registration is allowed for 1 traveler. If there are 2 or more participants on the day, the tour will proceed as planned. If only 1 traveler registers on the day, the tour will be formed on the waiting list.
For safety reasons, participants who violate the following rules on the day of the event will be unable to participate and will not be eligible for a refund:
- Pregnant women, those with physical disabilities, those with mobility impairments, those suffering from mental, circulatory, respiratory, or cardiovascular diseases, those with claustrophobia, those with high blood pressure, asthma or pneumothorax, otitis media, epilepsy, diabetes, liver diseases, those who have consumed alcohol, experienced a hangover, have a history of taking medication, those who have undergone surgery, or those with serious illnesses.
- If the on-site instructor determines that a tourist's physical condition is unsuitable for water activities, or if the tourist's health condition does not meet the establishment's standards for participation on the day of the activity, please contact us. - For safety reasons, you must take a plane within 12 to 24 hours after diving.

Reminders
(Please confirm the purchase instructions) Please pay attention to your personal physical condition. On the day of the trip, it is possible that you will be unable to participate in the itinerary due to your own health condition not meeting the store's standards for participation. In such cases, no refund will be given, and no compensation will be provided for only taking the boat. Please be aware of this.
[Go to the meeting point in Ryukyu Village on your own] The dive shop provides no-rinse equipment and supplies, changing rooms, restrooms, lockers and other facilities.
For passengers participating in the designated pick-up and drop-off service or traveling independently to Onna Village's Maekenju Fishing Port, there is no space for storing belongings or lockable lockers on site. Please do not bring valuables, large luggage, or suitcases. Only simple shower tents are provided on site for passengers to shower (no toiletries are provided) and change clothes.
Passengers using the shuttle service must change into dry clothes before boarding. Passengers whose clothes are not dry will not be able to board the shuttle bus.
Free parking is available in Ryukyu Village.
If a guest is unable to participate in the snorkeling/diving activity at the designated location due to their own circumstances, no partial or full refund will be provided.
Snorkeling requires the wearing of a life jacket or diving suit. Passengers who refuse to wear life jackets will not be able to participate in the activity and will not be eligible for a refund.
Travelers participating in introductory diving must wear protective clothing. Those who disregard safety will be refused participation in the activity and will not receive a refund.
If the event is cancelled due to weather conditions or insufficient participants, a full refund will be provided.
