Reminders

  • *If there are bad weather conditions such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., we will decide whether to cancel the tour 1 day before departure (local time 16:00) and will notify you by email at any time thereafter.

  • *Some scenic spots in Taiwan will implement temporary traffic control according to the daily crowd situation. When encountering traffic control, you need to transfer to a shuttle bus at your own expense.

  • * For private tour exceeding the allotted time, a charge of NT$300 per 30 minutes will be applied, regardless of the type of vehicle.

  • *The duration of stay at each attraction in this itinerary can be adjusted by yourself. The total time of the car is 10 hours. If you exceed the time, you must pay the overtime fee on site. Please note.

  • Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited in the car: eating, drinking, smoking, applying sunscreen, taking off shoes, kicking the back of the driver's seat, spitting through the window, and littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver; if you cause damage or dirt on the items in the car, you must pay compensation according to the price and pay cash on the spot.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
