Please provide this information when making your reservation. If you do not include it at booking, contact us by 12 PM the day before the tour.
※The insurance includes up to 200,000 NTD for medical coverage and 2.5 million NTD for travel liability.
■Children under 4 years old require a child seat. The cost is TWD 250. Please inform us via chat if you need one.
■Included in the tour: English-speaking guide or driver, and transportation.
■Not included: Experience fees, entrance tickets, and fees for paid attractions.
■Recommended attire and items: Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring an umbrella and a raincoat.
Note: Jiufen is in a mountainous area, so weather can change quickly. Please bring rain gear.

  • The tour may be canceled or the itinerary and timing adjusted due to weather conditions, traffic situations, or other reasons beyond our or the local provider's control (such as major traffic regulations due to events).

  • Generally, tours will proceed even in rainy weather. However, in cases of significant natural disasters like typhoons or earthquakes, we may need to cancel the tour or change the itinerary and timing.

  • Please note that if we decide to cancel the tour based on the weather on the day of the event, a full refund will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 5 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 3 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
