6. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or change, and it cannot be used in conjunction with other marketing promotions.

If the voucher is unused or has exceeded the specified supply period (validity of the serial number), the holder should contact the original purchaser to apply for a return through the online channel where it was purchased, using the invoice. Once the return application is approved by the channel or the issuer, the issuer reserves the right to charge a fee of 3% of the refunded amount as a processing fee.
