At 'Kanazawa Tamura', you can savor fresh, seasonal seafood from the Hokuriku region along with homemade and creative dishes. Famous not only for fresh Hokuriku seafood like 'nodoguro' (blackthroat seaperch) and 'crab', but also for its many unique, original dishes. The 'Buri no Futamaki' (yellowtail thick sushi roll), a favorite among regulars, has many fans among celebrities and prominent figures, many of whom make it a point to stop by whenever they visit Kanazawa. Furthermore, the restaurant's original specialty, 'Tamura Udon', is a popular dish renowned for its exquisite, chewy texture.
We have live crabs available all year round. The crab meat of the crab shabu-shabu, which is freshly filleted on the spot, blooms as soon as it is put into the pot, and is sweet and delicious when eaten raw. We require a minimum of two people for the course. You can also enjoy boiled crab or raw crab.
You can enjoy fresh, seasonal seafood from the Hokuriku region, including crab, rosy seabass, yellowtail, and flounder, in a variety of ways, including as sashimi, sushi, grilled dishes, simmered dishes, and in hot pots!
We have a wide range of great value Kaiseki courses, including Tamura original dishes, popular dishes, and dishes made with seasonal ingredients that you'll want to eat each season! Enjoy the flavors of the season, prepared with care! We also cater to your budget.

- Regarding cancellations, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel the day before, and a 100% cancellation fee if you cancel on the day of your reservation. (We do not accept children under 6 years old.) Thank you for your understanding.

- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to show up, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure. If you do not cancel, you will be charged the following fees (the actual fees will be governed by the information on the certificate after booking): We do not have a cancellation policy.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.

If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
