Product Info
— Course and Attraction Introduction —
'Bombax Golf & Country Club'
Spanning 108 hectares, this 27-hole course was meticulously designed by international architect Pete Dye to offer high challenges while blending with human nature. It is the only work by Master Dye in Taiwan. The 27 holes are divided into three 9-hole sections: Green Mountain, Green Water, and Golden. The Green Mountain and Green Water sections serve as standard international championship courses, while the Golden section is shorter, making it suitable for amateur golfers. The fairways wind through valleys and woodlands with varied terrain. Each hole is designed based on the original landscape, combining native forests and lakes to provide golfers with a diverse and challenging experience. The club aims to create a comfortable, high-quality, and international-standard golf resort. Facilities: Member lounge, Lunch restaurant, conference room, karaoke center, mahjong room, billiards, table tennis, and indoor golf practice area.
'Deeply Art' Shanhua Sugar Factory Cultural Park (Filming location of 'U Motherbaker')
Built in 1904, the century-old Shanhua Sugar Factory has transformed its long-vacant dormitory area into the 'Shanhua Sugar Factory Cultural Park' by renovating the red-brick buildings, showcasing the aesthetic of Japanese architecture. Visitors can explore the Sugar Factory Museum, waterfront park, century-old camphor trees, ice cream shop, and the 'Deeply Art' area. The park also displays a 1948 Taiwan Sugar steam train, and the factory chimney can be seen at the back of the park, where the rich scent of sugarcane processing fills the air.
