＊Please note that additional fees will be incurred on-site under the following circumstances, which must be paid to the driver on-site:
・If the private charter car time exceeds 30 minutes, it will be counted as one hour, and an additional NT$500 will be charged.
・Since the child seat will occupy 1 seat, if you want to use more than 2 seats, please order a nine-seater car. Please make sure to inform the driver in the comments when making the reservation and pay NT$200 to the driver on site. (The first seat is provided free of charge)
・If the attractions are overtime due to traffic control or natural factors, traffic jams, etc., overtime fees will be charged. Please be informed.

5-seater capacity: 1-3 passengers, can carry up to (3 pieces of 24-inch luggage or 3 pieces of 26-inch luggage or 2 pieces of 28-29-inch luggage).
9-seater capacity: 2-8 passengers, can carry up to (8 pieces of 24-inch luggage or 7 pieces of 26-inch luggage or 6 pieces of 28-29-inch luggage)
We do not specify the color or model of the car. The actual car will be dispatched on the day of the plan.
Our staff will contact you no later than three days before your departure. Please make sure your internet connection is working properly and pay attention to your mobile phone messages.
If the number of participants on the departure day is less than the number originally booked, the driver has the right to refuse service and will not be able to request a refund. Please be on time at the designated location.

If traffic congestion or restrictions occur at any attraction due to events or holidays, please discuss itinerary changes with the driver on-site. Additional overtime fees incurred due to traffic will be charged and will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
