Reminders
The minimum number of people in a group is 6. When the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people in the group specified above, the tour will be canceled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 3 days before the departure date.
Due to traffic restrictions, the vehicle type of this itinerary will be adjusted based on the number of people who have registered and actually paid. It may be a Volkswagen T5/T6 nine-seater or other bus types.

The group transportation is a public enclosed space. Please do not bring pets or dangerous items in the itinerary. Thank you for your cooperation.
Accommodation in the tribe is a group room in a private room. If canceled two weeks before departure, the entire room fee will be forfeited. Please note that if you cannot accept it, please do not sign up.
If there are force majeure factors such as typhoons or earthquakes before the departure date, and are announced by the meteorological unit, the departure will be postponed. Our customer service staff will proactively contact you and set another departure date. If the reservation cannot be rescheduled and a refund is requested, a handling fee of RMB 300 per person will be deducted.
If there are special force majeure factors such as typhoons during the itinerary that make it impossible to complete the itinerary, the company has the right to change the itinerary, tour items or food and accommodation; any savings after the change will be refunded to the passenger after returning to the group.
Cancellation regulations: Our company operates in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Tourism Bureau and signs travel contracts with tourists. For detailed cancellation regulations, please read the Domestic Tourism Standardized Contract.
The itinerary may be slightly adjusted based on the arrival time. In case of any changes, the local reception will prevail.
For the sake of the traveler's own safety and the travel rights of other members of the group, guests who are 65 years of age or older, or who are unable to travel or whose physical condition is not suitable for travel but still insist on traveling, must be accompanied by a family member or friend in order to be accepted for registration. Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
