Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before the start of the experience. The morning session must be at 07:30 and the afternoon session must be at 14:30.
If the sea conditions are bad on the day of participation, we have the right to cancel for safety reasons. You can choose to postpone (limited to the current year) or get a refund (subject to insurance costs).
Please do not stay up late the night before sailing and make sure you get enough sleep to avoid physical exhaustion.
If the walrus is obviously not suitable for swimming on that day, the activity will be cancelled and a full refund will be made after deducting insurance costs.
This activity is insured. Please follow the instructor's instructions during the experience. If you do not follow the instructor's instructions to avoid accidents, we have the right to immediately terminate the activity for the safety of both parties and no refund will be given.
If you need to take photos by yourself, please bring your own waterproof bag for your phone.
For safety reasons, each person will be provided with a life jacket during the activity, please be sure to wear it properly.
It is recommended to wear breathable long-sleeved clothes and pants, and avoid wearing clothes made of cotton, denim or other absorbent materials; it is recommended to prepare sunglasses, a sun hat, and mineral water to avoid sunburn and heatstroke.
