Since we'll be checking into our accommodation after watching the fireworks, we'll arrive late at night.
During peak times, it may take approximately 30 to 40 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the viewing area. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
Depending on your arrival time at the hotel, your departure time the following day may be delayed. In that case, we may have to shorten the time spent at sightseeing spots, etc. Thank you for your understanding.
To ensure the bus crew has their scheduled rest time, you may be asked to wait in the lobby or other designated area after checking out until your departure time from the hotel.
For lunch on the first day, please bring your own or purchase it at a service area or parking area along the way and eat it on the bus.
For groups with odd numbers of seats, bus seating will generally be shared, and please be aware that this may include mixed-gender seating.
In principle, the event will proceed regardless of rain, however, the fireworks display may be unavoidably canceled or postponed. If the cancellation is decided before the tour departure, the tour will also be canceled, and the full tour price will be refunded. In some cases, the decision to cancel may be made on the day of the event, and we may be unavoidably notified of the cancellation on the morning of the event. If the fireworks display is canceled or postponed after the tour has departed, we will either guide you to an alternative sightseeing spot or take you directly to your hotel.
The best time to see the flowers may vary depending on weather conditions. Departure dates are set based on typical blooming seasons, but please note that the flowers may not be in full bloom on your departure date.
