The vouchers have no expiration date, but the discount is valid for 8 months from the date of purchase. If the vouchers are not used after the discount period, a refund can be processed.

In the event of special holidays, the difference between the ticket price and the on-site price (including service charge) must be paid before the ticket can be used. Special holidays are defined as: New Year's Eve, the Lunar New Year period, and the dates of specific events announced by the hotel (the definition of each holiday is based on the date announced by the Personnel Administration Bureau).
