In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Some tours require only one person to form a group, but generally the minimum group size is 20 people. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required number, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation email notification will be sent 4 days prior to departure.

Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. The bus will depart on time; latecomers will not be waited for. Late arrivals will be considered as no-shows and will not be refunded. You will also not be allowed to join the tour midway. Please be aware of this.

Please confirm your tour number on site and gather in front of the LOVE sculpture in front of the Shinjuku i-Land Tower.

From the meeting point onwards, a foreign language tour leader or translator will accompany you and inform you of important matters such as the meeting time and place in the language you have chosen. However, no language service will be provided to introduce the attractions. Please be aware of this.

The booked tour itinerary may be subject to change or cancellation due to traffic conditions and crowding on the day.

The drop-off point may differ from the meeting point; please confirm with the team leader on the day of the event.

Vehicle type: Vehicles will be assigned based on the number of participants. For smaller groups, a driver will also serve as the accompanying staff to provide full-trip tour services; no additional tour leader will be provided. Please be aware of this.

Due to limited space in the luggage compartments, please indicate in the remarks column if you are carrying large luggage. Thank you for your cooperation.

Infants and toddlers: Children under 3 years old ride for free. Each adult may bring only one infant or toddler under 3 years old who does not occupy a seat. Meals and attraction tickets are not provided. A child fee will apply for children occupying a seat. Please note that if you are traveling with an infant or toddler under 3 years old, please indicate this in the remarks section.

For both Option A and Option B, the weather will be cold during the outdoor snow play tour, so please prepare warm clothing and gloves for snow play.

The flowering and color of lavender, broom grass, and maple leaves at Blowcut Waterfall on routes C, D, E, and F may vary slightly each year due to weather and other factors. If the leaves wither or fail to bloom due to weather conditions, the itinerary will be changed to visit purely scenic spots. Thank you for your understanding.

The cherry blossom season at Numata Castle Ruins Park and Hikawa Shrine/Hikawa Bridge may vary slightly each year due to weather and other factors. If the blossoms wither or fail to bloom due to weather conditions, the original itinerary will be followed to purely scenic spots. Thank you for your understanding.

The ripening period of fruits can vary depending on the weather, and it is also possible to eat fruits that have been picked in advance.

If Harada Farm is closed or fruit picking services are unavailable due to insufficient fruit production, fruit picking services will be provided at other nearby tourist orchards.

If Yuyuan Ski Resort, Lavender Garden, and Broom Grass Garden are temporarily closed due to weather conditions or maintenance, the admission fee will be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If there is a potential safety risk due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, visits to Blowcut Falls will be suspended. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The images of the deluxe snow crab feast in options B, D, F, and H are for reference only. The ingredients may vary depending on the season, and the actual ingredients provided will prevail. Matsutake mushrooms may be replaced with abalone depending on the season. Thank you for your understanding.

The deluxe snow crab feasts in packages B, D, F, and H require reservations 8 days in advance. Changes to the package details within 8 days are not permitted. Meals cannot be customized. If you are vegetarian or have special dietary requirements, please book a package that does not include lunch, and you can purchase meals freely within the park.

Please note that the booked tour itinerary may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions and weather on the day of the tour. The duration of stay at attractions may be adjusted, or some attractions may be cancelled. Return arrival time may also be significantly delayed.

The above itinerary is based on estimated arrival times. Traffic conditions are beyond our control, so please avoid scheduling activities for that evening.

If the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters after departure, the unfulfilled part of the trip will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the traveler.

Passengers under the age of 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by a passenger aged 18 or older.

The bus and restaurant seats used during the experience tour may be shared with other members of the tour group, depending on the arrangements made by the tour leader and facilities on the day.

Option A, Option B: Snow play experience at Yuyuan Ski Resort Snow Park. Due to the potential speed risks involved in the Donut Ski Slide activity, please follow the instructions of the staff when riding the ride. Please stay close to the inside to maintain a stable posture and avoid injury due to improper conditions.

The bean curd skin experience included in Plans A, B, G, and H is a complimentary item. No refunds will be given if the store is temporarily closed or if you are unable to attend due to transportation issues.
