This was our first trip to the suburbs (Gunma Prefecture). Our tour leader first took us to Fukigiri Falls. Even though it wasn't peak water season, the falls were still beautiful. Next, we went to Harada Farm, where apple and strawberry picking is available this season. Since we had already picked apples, we opted for strawberries this time. Overall, the strawberries were delicious and incredibly satisfying – totally worth it! After fruit, we still had some savory food for lunch, so the tour leader took us to a chain ramen restaurant for a hearty meal. Then, he drove us to Ikaho Onsen town. It started to drizzle, and we had an hour to spare, so we went to a hot spring for a relaxing bath. One thing to note: bring your own towel to the hot spring; otherwise, you'll have to buy one to dry yourself. (However, the downside was that the tour leader was late, and we waited for almost half an hour, but thank you for treating us to hot drinks!)
This trip to Tokyo was just for relaxation, so I joined a KKday one-day tour. The tour guide was waiting for everyone at the meeting point early. The itinerary was well-planned, the lunch was plentiful, and the attractions were quite unique. The tour guide also explained the places we visited in detail on the bus, highlighting their special features. Even the shrine introductions were quite comprehensive. Overall, the quality of the day's tour was worth the price of admission. Thank you! 🥰
