If travel time to and from the tourist spot is long due to traffic congestion on weekends and holidays, the time spent at the tourist spot will be shortened.
Your tour will be guided by a Japanese-speaking driver. As we do not double as tour guides, we will only be able to provide basic information, interpretation, directions, and emergency response at other tourist spots. We are also unable to change the route or add additional destinations on the day.
Please note that there is a possibility of slightly earlier or later arrival depending on traffic conditions, so please use this as a guide only.
If you are a small group (1-4 people) and would like a spacious vehicle, you can apply for the 5-7 person rate plan.
Parents are responsible for supervising their children during the tour. If a child damages any items inside the vehicle or at tourist attractions, the parents will be held responsible for compensation.
We cannot accept requests for specific drivers.

Cancellation Policy
If there are delays due to traffic conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control, we may have to cancel your visit to some of the attractions. In this case, please contact our customer service department. We will provide a partial refund in accordance with our policy.
In the event of bad weather such as a typhoon or snowstorm, you will be notified by email one day before departure (20:30 local time) whether the trip will be cancelled or not.
To avoid delays, please arrive at the designated location 5 minutes early. We cannot wait for latecomers.
If your flight is cancelled due to a typhoon, you will not be charged a cancellation fee if you submit a typhoon cancellation certificate to us in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
