  • In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 3 day(s) before departure (local time 12:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • Please carefully evaluate your abilities before applying

  • Before registering, ensure that you are in good health and suitable for mountain climbing and outdoor hiking activities. Individuals unsuitable for outdoor activities due to poor health, as well as those under the age of 18, are not allowed to register

  • Participation in outdoor activities requires a special itinerary, and admission to the mountain and the park must be applied for. Once the application is successful, changes or rescheduling of staff are not permitted

  • Before departure, please pay attention to the weather information. The mountainous area experiences frequent changes in weather, with significant temperature differences between morning and evening, and higher altitudes intensifying these variations. It is recommended to dress in layers ('onion style'). In hot weather during the day, ensure adequate hydration, and as temperatures drop at night, remember to stay warm to avoid any discomfort to your body

  • During the march, unless the team leader or guide has made special arrangements, please refrain from leaving the team ahead or deliberately falling behind. For the safety of all participants, it is essential to stay by the side of the team leader and guide

  • In the event of force majeure, such as an earthquake, wind disaster, heavy rain requiring special reporting, road closure, or management unit closure, the itinerary may be postponed. Participants who choose to join the postponed echelon will not be required to pay any additional fees, while those unable to participate in the rescheduled activity will receive a 95% refund of the fee

  • Beginners who are unfamiliar with mountaineering itineraries and equipment should remember to proceed at their own pace. It is recommended to keep the total weight of the backpack (including the backpack itself, water, lunch, and snacks) below 8 kg

  • It is advisable to bring at least 1000 cc of water, and each participant can decide on their preferred amount based on personal needs. Additionally, it is recommended to bring a thermos bottle or a container capable of withstanding high temperatures to carry water

  • Please remember to bring a document proving your personal identity, as it will be checked upon entering the mountain. Foreign participants should ensure to bring their original passport

  • According to the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, the tour leader cannot provide medicines. Please prepare your own personal medicines, especially painkillers, allergy medicines, etc.

  • The safety of this trip is the top priority, encompassing the practice of leaving no trace in mountains and forests, as well as adherence to relevant regulations for entering the national park ecological reserve

  • During the climbing process, if you feel unwell or encounter any issues, please inform the team leader or guide as soon as possible. Do not push yourself too hard and put yourself in danger. If you have any questions, please feel free to let the tour leader know, and they will do their best to provide the best service

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations made at least 15 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
