- Since each bus has only one boarding and alighting point, and the bus used for both the outbound and return journeys will be the same, if you and your friends or family choose to board from different points, you will take different buses to the fireworks display. We cannot offer the option of different boarding and alighting points.
- Passengers who have selected the buffet option are only permitted to board and alight at the Civic Square. Please be aware of this.
- Multiple buses will depart from the same location on the day of the event. If you and your friends/family make separate reservations, please be sure to use the same representative's name, or inform all accompanying persons of their order numbers in advance via the message box to avoid being assigned to different buses on the day of the event. Please note that no adjustments can be made for those who do not inform us in advance.
- The activity includes round-trip bus transportation; there is no option for a one-way trip followed by a meeting at the aquarium. If the free refund period has passed, a refund cannot be issued for this reason.
- The supplies needed on the day will be distributed at the pick-up point (except for the bento boxes), so they cannot be distributed in advance or collected after arrival.

- For guests aged 0-2, the tour package does not include shuttle bus service or seating at the fireworks venue. Parents are requested to hold the child on their lap. One adult can bring one free child. If more than one child is included, an additional child will be charged. Please be aware of this.
- We will try our best to arrange front-row seats for passengers, with a total of 200 seats available (only applicable to passengers who have purchased the "Front-row Paid Seats" option; options A and B are not applicable). If there are any changes to the seating arrangements on-site, your seat may be assigned to a row five or more, and we apologize for any inconvenience we cannot provide further notice.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
