【How to Use】
1. Please make a reservation according to your usage date.
2. Within 1 day of completing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email from Airporter. Please click the 【Upload Photos】 button in the confirmation email to upload photos of your 【Luggage】 and 【Accommodation Confirmation】.
3. Luggage Drop-off
After dropping off your luggage, there is no need to wait for the collection driver.
We will notify you via email once collection and delivery are complete.
4. Luggage Pick-up
Please proceed to our designated counter at the airport or the front desk of your specified hotel.
Please present your Airporter reservation confirmation email to the staff.

The value of the contents must be within 100,000 JPY.

Please leave your luggage at the hotel front desk before 9:00 AM on the day of your stay.
[Regarding luggage delivery tags] Please check the contents of your booking confirmation email, receive the Airporter special tag from the hotel, and attach it to your suitcase. *This service is available even at hotels that do not provide special tags.
After you drop off your package, you don't need to wait for a pickup driver. You will receive an email notification when the pickup and delivery are complete.

If we discover any luggage that violates our regulations, we reserve the right to refuse service even after your reservation has been confirmed. In such cases, we will not be held liable for any damages.
Please check your package for any abnormalities upon receipt. If you find any abnormalities, please take a photo of the package on the spot and report it to our customer center. Once you have confirmed the issue, the service will be considered complete, and we will not be held liable for any further issues.
