• Xinxi Kou Suspension Bridge (Closed every Tuesday)
  The original Xikou Suspension Bridge was a slender and elegant structure with over 40 years of history, offering views of the beautiful Dahan River valley and the reservoir's abundant water. Due to its age, a new Xinxi Kou Suspension Bridge was built at the original site. With a total length of 303 meters, it is the longest suspension bridge in Taiwan, offering spectacular views of the Dahan River and the surrounding mountains.
  

• Xiaowulai Skywalk (Closed every Tuesday)
  Located in Fuxing District, Taoyuan City, this skywalk hangs above the Xiaowulai Waterfall. To fulfill the dream of walking among the clouds, the Taoyuan City Government invested NT$ 8 million to build this attraction, which was later voted by the public as one of the most romantic spots in Taiwan. The skywalk features a minimalist design with geometric lines and a structure made of reinforced glass. Extending 11 meters out over the void, visitors standing on the glass platform 70 meters above the waterfall base can enjoy panoramic views of the Xiaowulai valley and the magnificent waterfall, challenging themselves with a brand-new 360-degree perspective.
  
  Special Note: The current online application system for the Skywalk is for group bookings (6-45 people). For small groups (1-5 people), please bring your ID to the site for registration. Visitors can apply for entry 2-30 days in advance via the Xiaowulai Skywalk reservation system, or collect a same-day reservation ticket at the stone plaza of the Xiaowulai Scenic Area (25 spots per session, plus remaining online slots). • Shihmen Reservoir Trail
  Who says stunning mountain maple views are only found at high altitudes? Shihmen Reservoir, a popular low-altitude maple viewing spot in Northern Taiwan, transforms into a romantic crimson landscape in autumn and winter as thousands of green maples and acer trees paint the forest red. Walking along the trail, you can immerse yourself in this enchanting scenery, relieving the fatigue of hiking. The breathtaking views are just as impressive as those found in high-altitude mountains.
  

• Daxi Old Street
  Daxi Old Street is surrounded by famous attractions such as Daxi Bridge, the Lee Teng-fan Ancient Residence, historic temples, the Wude Hall, and the Daxi Wood Art Ecomuseum. Of course, you must also sample traditional Taiwanese snacks and experience local toys on the old street. In particular, Daxi dried tofu, moon cakes, peanut brittle, tofu pudding, savory rice pudding (wa-gui), and tangyuan are authentic Taiwanese delicacies you cannot miss! It is definitely a must-visit spot in Taoyuan to experience the authentic taste of Taiwan!
