I didn't have very good memories of my previous booking with another airline, so I chose this one. It's rare to be able to check in four hours before departure for an international flight, but this time it was available, so I planned to kill time until the meeting time I was given via WhatsApp. However, I got a call from a staff member who told me I could go through immigration immediately, so I joined them right away. There was a long line in the general lane, but I was able to clear immigration and customs within 10 minutes. Thanks to my early check-in, I was able to enjoy a leisurely meal in the lounge. I think it's best for people who are able to check in early to contact them early (^^) I'll only use this airline from now on! Maybe the staff member can check if I've already checked in.

I used this service on a trip with friends. There were no issues with the application process or the airport assistance, and everything went smoothly. Unless you're incredibly lucky, you'll have to wait quite a while at immigration at Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Our flight was scheduled to arrive at Tan Son Nhat at midnight and depart at 11 PM, but the usual immigration queues for both departure and arrival were so long they would normally take around two hours. By using the fast track service, we were able to clear immigration in about 30 minutes upon arrival and about 15 minutes upon departure. Unless you're tired and don't mind standing in a humid airport for two hours, this is a service you should definitely sign up for.

Riding an ATV in the desert is a must, but since we weren't too keen, we asked our instructor to be our driver. He demonstrated excellent driving skills and made us have a blast. Lunch was delicious and filled us up. The Fairy Stream was unique, with a hike through the stream and the scenery inside. Our guide, Panda, was enthusiastic and sincere. He shared a wealth of local culture and knowledge, ensuring we understood everything. He also had excellent photography skills and was always on hand to find the perfect angles for our photos. With Panda, we had a blast along the way. This trip was definitely worth it and made our trip to Vietnam truly memorable!

Because we have a chartered car, it is very convenient and can go directly to the destination directly from the airport. It saves the trouble of language difference and does not require communication with the driver. You can reach your destination directly. It is worth recommending.

A dedicated person was waiting outside the airport to confirm our identity and destination, and then arrange for a vehicle to arrive. The driver spoke English, was polite and courteous, and was highly qualified. It was safe and secure.

The reception staff had contacted us a day earlier and would receive us on the same day. The customs clearance was very quick and convenient.
