Miyako Island

The staff at the shop are very friendly, and we went SUP paddling early in the morning. There was a guide, so even if it was my first time SUP paddling, I was able to enjoy it right away, and they took lots of photos for me, so I highly recommend it.

We had plenty of time to visit each attraction, and the tour guide was very attentive and provided Chinese-speaking assistance throughout the trip. We were very satisfied.

We took Star Cruises to disembark from Pingliang Port the day before the merchant sent a reminder to go directly to the destination on the same day. There were very few bus services, so we had to take a taxi. It took about 25 minutes to arrive at a parking lot and wait. Adventure pipi drove a van. There were 3 Japanese + 3 Koreans + 2 Taiwanese people traveling with us that day. The Japanese snorkeling leader will ask you to fill out safety and precautions, and then give you a vest, diving shoes, fins, mask and snorkel (it is recommended to bring your own long-sleeved jellyfish clothes to prevent sunburn). Maple Mitsumoto was very friendly and helped take pictures. 📷 We took pictures of sea turtles, anemones and clownfish that day. 🐟 After the activity, you can stay at the beach by yourself. If you have the opportunity in the future, you can bring your own equipment to dive and have fun. 👍

The guide took us to see many creatures in nature, and we also encountered snakes eating, which was very interesting. It was also beautiful to watch the stars in a place without light pollution. This trip is very worthwhile.

It's very suitable for travelers who don't rent a car. The car will drive directly to the vicinity of the hotel. Just wait in the hotel lobby and the tour guide will come to pick you up by name. There is no need to go to another meeting place. This is great. From the beginning of the journey, the tour guide will introduce the attractions along the way and information about Miyako Island in Japanese. The time arranged for each attraction is also very suitable. It won't be rushed or too boring. Currently, there are only two plans for a one-day tour of Miyako Island. It would be even better if there were more one-day or half-day plans.

I feel that the cruise vacation is good, with food, entertainment and sleep, it is a good choice for the elderly and children. The entertainment facilities are good, mainly for listening to music and relaxing, accompanied by wonderful performances. Three days and two nights, it is really hard to leave. So I will take a longer cruise vacation if I have the opportunity in the future. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Our tour leader, Leon, is a professional Japanese guy who speaks English. He led five people from Hong Kong, two Europeans and me on a snorkeling and pumpkin cave adventure, which allowed me to have a wonderful solo trip!

Instructor Fuka is very nice and a top student at Kyoto University. He communicates smoothly in English, but those who only speak Chinese may need translation software. We found the turtles and clownfish right away, and the whole group was very happy. The instructor is very familiar with the area and was able to quickly find what we wanted to see. He also helped us take great photos, especially the individual photos of the turtles, which were very clear and adorable. The photos and videos are truly memorable. With only five people in the group, there's no need to worry even if you're not a good swimmer. They also offer SUP activities on the same beach, and the prices are similar to those at the venue. I recommend buying them on kkday because you can use discount coupons and credit cards. The water there is very clear, and you can easily see the bottom even if it's not raining. You can see the turtles and fish you want without going very deep. It's very safe and even children can participate. My 9-year-old daughter found it very easy and was very satisfied. I highly recommend participating.
