Embark on a private day tour from Rome to Tuscany and visit the medieval town of Siena, the UNESCO World Heritage site of San Gimignano, and a local winery. Enjoy the flexibility of a private tour and the convenience of hotel pickup and drop-off.

Start your day with a pickup from your hotel or apartment in Rome. After a quick introduction, board your private tour and begin your journey through Tuscany to the stunning medieval town of Siena.

As you drive through the picturesque and rustic countryside, enjoy the various landscapes. Throughout the journey, your driver/guide will share with you his local knowledge and suggest photo stops at all the important landmarks along the way.

Once you arrive in Siena, be taken into the Historic Centre, which has been classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Visit the Piazza del Campo, the most central and historically important Piazza in the city.

Next, head to the Duomo, which lies in a Piazza just above the Piazza del Campo. This stunning gothic building is filled with treasures from many of Italy’s most famous artists.

Afterward, head to the town of San Gimignano, where you can marvel at the giant 13th-century walls that encircle the city and explore the Piazza della Cisterna. See the town's famous towers, which were built by merchant families to display their power and wealth.

Throughout the day, your driver/guide will show you different wineries and wine cellars, whilst giving you an in-depth commentary on each. At a time of your choosing, take a break from the history of Italy and enjoy a wine tasting experience.
