* 18:30–19:50 Ticket Collection & Boarding Please proceed to Pier 4 at ICONSIAM to redeem your ticket and board the cruise. (Kindly arrive before 19:50.)
* 20:00 Departure The cruise departs from Pier 4, ICONSIAM, passing by famous landmarks such as the Guan Yin Shrine (Kuan Yim Shrine), Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn), Grand Palace, Emerald Buddha Temple, Rama VIII Bridge, Wat Pho, and River City Bangkok. Enjoy a buffet dinner featuring Thai cuisine and seafood, along with drinks, fruits, and desserts, while taking in the scenic night views.
* 22:30 Return The cruise returns to Pier 4 at ICONSIAM, concluding your memorable evening on the Chao Phraya River.
*During Thailand’s rainy season, the Chao Phraya River water level may rise, which could cause delays or route changes without prior notice. *Guests seated on the third-floor or second-floor bow may be moved to indoor seating or shared tables in case of rain or other weather conditions.
— How to Get to ICONSIAM Pier —
* Option 1: Using the BTS Gold Line for Arrival. Reach Charoen Nakhon Station (BTS Gold Line) by alighting at Krung Thon Buri Station. Take Exit number 3 to transfer to the BTS Gold Line
* Option 2: Take the BTS Skytrain to Saphan Taksin Station. Exit from either Exit 1 or Exit 2 and walk to the pier. There, you can catch a shuttle boat to ICONSIAM Shopping Mall (approximately 10-50 THB, depending on the season)

- If there are any free infant participants, please clearly specify the quantity when placing the order.
- Prices may increase during Thai public holidays (such as Songkran Festival, Loy Krathong, etc.), Valentine's Day, Christmas, New Year's Day, Chinese New Year, and other peak periods. Please confirm with customer service when making the reservation.
- Please note: Guests booking the third-floor deck or second-floor front deck may be moved to indoor seating or shared tables due to weather conditions, such as rain. We appreciate your understanding of Thailand’s unpredictable weather!
- During Thailand's rainy season, heavy rain is common. If the water level of the Chao Phraya River rises on the service day, the cruise may be delayed or its route adjusted. Unfortunately, this cannot be notified in advance.
- Due to Bangkok’s proximity to the sea, even outside the rainy season, tide conditions or other uncontrollable factors may also result in delays or route changes without prior notice.
- If you bring your own alcohol onboard, a corkage fee of THB 500 per bottle will apply, payable directly to the staff on-site.
- Please do not bring any valuables. If valuables are brought and lost or damaged, the responsibility lies solely with the guest.
- Bangkok traffic can be heavy, so we recommend departing early. If you are unable to participate in the tour due to traffic or personal reasons, according to the cruise company’s policy, the ticket will be considered forfeited and non-refundable.

Since Bangkok is near the sea, the Chao Phraya River can be affected by high tides and seawater. This may cause delays or changes to the boat tour route. Unfortunately, we can’t give advance notice for these situations, so we appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
