If you leave the group midway through the trip, it will be considered a voluntary abandonment, and you will not be entitled to any refund. You will be solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused as a result.
During free time, please be mindful of your personal safety and belongings. If you fail to heed this advice and an accident or loss occurs, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
Please understand that due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather, there may be changes to the itinerary or cancellation of attractions.
Due to factors such as road conditions on the day of the trip, the time spent at attractions may be adjusted or some attractions may be cancelled. Return arrival time may also be significantly delayed; please take note.
Vehicle type: Vehicles will be assigned based on the number of participants. For group tours, a driver and accompanying person will be provided to offer full-service transportation. No additional tour leader will be provided. Upon arrival at each attraction, tourists are free to explore at their own pace.
The cherry blossom viewing period may be slightly earlier or later depending on the weather conditions. Once the tour is formed, the departure will proceed as scheduled regardless of the cherry blossom blooming situation. Please be aware of this.
Bus seats are subject to on-site allocation and cannot be specified. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that the arrival time at Kyoto Station may vary depending on road conditions along the route from Osaka Dotonbori.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
