This is my second purchase. This time, customer service made a mistake and only sent the cruise ticket QR code without the coupon. It took several days and contacting customer service to receive it. At the pier, we scanned the code to get our tickets and boarded the ship. Although the seats were numbered consecutively, they turned out to be in a different row, so the two of us had to sit separately. I hope the ticketing department can improve this. There was free bottled water on board, and we could also enjoy the sea views. We arrived at our destination in about 70 minutes.

This was my child's first time at Chimelong Paradise! The park is kid-friendly, and the food quality is top-notch! Three days and two nights isn't enough time to experience all the rides. We'll definitely come again.
