Vehicle Type: Vehicles are assigned based on the number of participants. For small groups, a driver and accompanying personnel will be assigned to provide full tour services. No additional tour leader will be assigned. Please note.

Infants under 3 years old are not included in the package, and no additional meals, sightseeing boats, or cable car rides are included. One adult may only bring one child under 3 years old on the cable car for free. Children aged 3-5 years old are provided with a children's meal, while children aged 6 and above share the same meal with adults. (Please inform us at least 2 days before departure if you wish to change to a children's meal. Please note that changes cannot be made on the day of departure.)
Road traffic conditions may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, and other force majeure events, which may delay your return trip. Please carefully consider your travel arrangements before booking. Due to accidents, traffic congestion, or weather conditions, the bus may arrive at your destination significantly delayed. We will not be able to compensate you for any losses you incur due to delays in your own transportation arrangements or other losses.
Please note that the scheduled itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic conditions, local events, restaurant reservations, changes in the business hours of attractions and facilities, etc.
This trip involves long journeys. Those with fluctuating physical conditions (such as pregnant women) are advised to assess their health before participating. Please be aware that any unexpected health problems you experience during the trip and the inability to seek immediate medical attention are entirely your own responsibility.
If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions or insufficient number of participants, a full refund will be given. No compensation will be given for travel expenses, transportation, accommodation, etc. No refund or compensation will be given for personal reasons.
If a bus is delayed due to a breakdown or traffic jam, and the itinerary or activity has to be changed or cancelled, passengers may not object or withdraw from the tour on any pretext. If the itinerary is delayed or changed due to factors such as bad weather, strikes or unexpected accidents, passengers may not use any pretext to request compensation or refund of the tour fee.
If the tour is cancelled or suspended due to special circumstances before departure, such as bad weather, natural disasters, mechanical failure, traffic accidents, war, coup, strike, riot, government order, etc., which are not attributable to the travel agency, the full tour fee will be refunded. After departure, the refund will be made after deducting the costs incurred. In this case, the group members may not object or request compensation for any reason. The losses or additional expenses caused by the incident are the sole responsibility of the passengers.
If you leave the group midway, it will be deemed as automatically giving up the unfinished itinerary and no additional refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
If the Ine Cruise is canceled due to bad weather or other reasons, the Ine Cruise group fee will be refunded and the group will be offered a walking tour instead.
The Amanohashidate Inclined Ropeway and the Skyway Gondola may be temporarily closed due to weather or maintenance. Please note that you will be required to choose one depending on the availability of the day. However, if both are closed, the Amanohashidate Ropeway group fee will be refunded and the group will be offered a walking tour instead.
Please wear casual clothing and shoes. Gloves are recommended when feeding eagles and seagulls. If an eagle is spotted while feeding seagulls on a boat, please stop feeding and keep the food away from your hands. When feeding, keep the food away from your face to avoid being pecked.
Seats on the bus are assigned to one person per seat. Pre-reserved seats are not accepted. Depending on the number of registrations on the day, the bus and restaurant seats used during the experience may be shared with other passengers in the same group. Please be advised.
To ensure your own safety and protect the rights of other group members, please inform us of any chronic illnesses, mobility impairments, or other conditions upon registration.
The itinerary may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic conditions and weather conditions. The duration of your scheduled itinerary may be adjusted or some attractions may be cancelled. Please note that your return trip may also be significantly delayed.
Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Passengers aged 80 and above must be accompanied by family or friends. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
For passengers who book a meal-inclusive plan and wish to purchase lunch on-site, the price will be based on the restaurant's on-site notice.
If you have a vegetarian requirement, please be sure to inform us in the remarks section when ordering so that we can arrange it. If you do not inform us, we will not be able to arrange vegetarian meals on site.
Meal options may be adjusted based on the restaurant's availability of ingredients on that day. If the original restaurant is temporarily closed or fully booked, we may change the dining location to offer meals of the same price. The company reserves the right to flexibly adjust meal options. The main language of this tour is Chinese. The tour guide can speak both Chinese and Japanese, but cannot provide full Japanese explanations. If a language other than Chinese is required, the tour guide can only use translation software to provide simple assistance.
