[South Korea] Gangchon Elysian Resort Day Ski & Food Tour | Ginseng Chicken Soup Dinner & Han River Night View | Depart from Seoul

Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes in advance on the day of departure. The tour bus will depart on time. Participants who arrive late will have to arrange their own transportation to catch up with the group. All responsibilities and expenses will be borne by the participants themselves. The company will not be responsible!

For groups of 16 or more, the maximum number of people per group is 44. If the group cannot be formed, the company will notify you three working days before departure to arrange an alternative departure date.

Adult tour prices include round-trip transportation, a Chinese-speaking instructor on the first day, and ski equipment and accessories (including poles, skis, boots, jacket, pants, and goggles). Guests can also switch from basic skiing to snowboarding for free, which includes snowboard, boots, jacket, pants, and goggles. Please note that switching to snowboarding does not include a snowboard instructor or basic skiing lessons, and the equipment cannot be switched back to skis. Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their ski equipment during the rental period. Any damage or loss upon return will be subject to compensation for each item.

The fee does not include lift passes, ski gloves, and socks (please prepare them yourself or purchase them at the ski shop. Prices are similar to those at other ski shops in Gangnam).

The minimum size for children's skis is 20cm, and the maximum size for adult skis is 30cm (measured by foot length). Other sizes may not be available.

If participants do not participate in skiing activities or the snow park, there will be no discount on the tour fee.

The itinerary attractions and activity times will be adjusted according to the traffic conditions on the day. In the event of heavy rain or snow, the tour will still depart.

If the ski resort is temporarily closed, full or unable to go for other reasons on the day, you will be relocated to another ski resort and no compensation or refund will be claimed.

Outdoor sports and skiing involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests considering participating in any activities included in or offered during the tour must carefully assess their fitness for participation based on their health and abilities. In the event of an accident due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances resulting in bodily harm or injury, the Company's staff and related personnel are solely obligated to provide assistance; the Company and its members assume no liability for any injuries or casualties suffered.

Skiing is a high-risk activity that may result in third-party injury (including other ski users and our staff). Please confirm whether your travel insurance includes third-party insurance.

Each group will be accompanied by a fluent Chinese-speaking instructor. If the scheduled meeting time is changed, we will contact you via WhatsApp, Line, or WeChat.

Every customer who departs on a one-day tour will receive a bottle of Korean premium deep water.

Special Offer: Each guest will receive a complimentary breakfast of specially selected bread, cake, or rice balls. *Quantities and options are limited. Please note that we cannot select the breakfast items. Please note that special requests, such as vegetarians or those with food allergies, are not available. This offer does not apply to children who do not occupy a seat and are exempt from the tour fee.

No refunds will be given for late arrivals or no-shows

This tour will depart with a group and guests are not allowed to object or withdraw for any reason.
