I was really looking forward to this trip! Enjoying coffee while admiring the North Korean border scenery up close was wonderful. Even though it was drizzling, it didn't diminish the beauty of the scenery. Visiting Jingwan Temple was a spiritual cleansing experience, and I was happy to buy some souvenirs I liked. I'm very grateful to our driver/guide, RyangHo, and Kevin Shin (Xiao Shen), for their attentive companionship throughout the day. The itinerary and time management were very smooth and pleasant. Because they were worried about crowds during the holiday, they suggested we leave early and even helped us find seats at the hard-to-get Starbucks. For lunch, they took us to a food court in a shopping mall, where we could freely choose from different restaurants – a very thoughtful arrangement. Communication in Chinese was also no problem at all!
It's a worthwhile experience. The process is taught using an iPad, and you can go back and watch it again if you don't understand. The process is simple and easy to understand. After analyzing your preferences, you can choose your own materials. There are many different materials to choose from. The staff are friendly, and the classroom is clean and quiet, making you feel calm and peaceful.
