To keep the carriage clean, please take your own trash with you when you get on and off the bus, and refrain from drinking strong-smelling, spillable, or easily identifiable food or beverages on board.
If you experience motion sickness, please contact customer service in advance.
If you soil the carriage, the driver has the right to charge passengers a vehicle cleaning fee.
The driver will be waiting at a designated location with a sign, so there's no need to worry about not being able to find a driver when disembarking from the ship/plane.
Customer service is always available and can handle emergencies in Chinese via LINE/WhatsApp/WeChat, and also provides Japanese translation.
An additional late-night surcharge will be charged for the period from 20:00 to 08:00. Please pay the surcharge directly to the driver on the day of the trip.
The number of seats includes the driver. Please ensure you provide the correct number of passengers and luggage when booking. If you have a lot of large luggage, please be sure to book a suitable vehicle type to accommodate all your luggage. Please note that any additional costs incurred due to not meeting the recommended passenger and luggage capacity for the vehicle type will be borne by the passenger.
If you are unable to travel due to force majeure events such as flight cancellations or delays, you will not be charged cancellation fees, but please be sure to notify us and provide relevant proof as soon as possible.
