After the free waiting time, if the guest requests the driver to continue waiting, a fee of JPY 5,000 per hour will apply.
Regular service hours are 05:00–22:00. Reservations before 05:00 or after 22:00 require an additional overtime fee of JPY 2,000.
You can change the pick-up or drop-off location up to 1 day in advance, with fees based on the distance between the original and new locations.
To request a change of pick-up time, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made after this period may not be accepted, and no refund or order cancellation will be allowed as a result.
In the event of sudden incidents such as a passenger vomiting in the vehicle, a cleaning fee of JPY 20,000–50,000 may be charged depending on the situation.

The driver will contact you at least 24 hours before departure to provide the vehicle number. The driver will wait at the time and location you specified.
If you exceed the free waiting time without contacting the driver, the driver will leave, and no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
Eating and drinking are not allowed in the vehicle. Any mess may incur a cleaning fee at the driver’s discretion.
In case of uncontrollable situations such as flight cancellations or significant delays, you may apply for a refund or one rescheduling with valid proof. Any time changes must be requested at least 6 hours in advance by contacting customer service.
