Please note that until the event organizers announce the details, even if the minimum number of participants is reached, the event will not be considered "confirmed to take place."
If the tour is cancelled before departure (the day before), we will cancel the tour and refund the full tour price. In that case, we will contact the group representative by phone to inform them of the cancellation, so please register a contact number where you can be easily reached (mobile phone, voicemail, etc.). Please note that the decision to cancel may be made on the day of the tour, and in some cases, we may be unable to contact you until the morning of the tour. If you do not receive a call, please assume that the tour will depart.
If the fireworks display is canceled or postponed after the tour has departed, there will be no refunds for paid viewing seats. The tour will be conducted using an alternative route. (The alternative route is yet to be determined.)
Lunch is not included on the first day. Please purchase your own lunch on the day or bring it from home beforehand.
To ensure the bus crew has their scheduled rest time, you may be asked to wait in the lobby or other designated area after checking out until your departure time from the hotel.
Depending on your arrival time at the hotel, your departure time the following day may be delayed. In that case, we may have to shorten the time spent at sightseeing spots, etc.
The Oigawa Railway (Secluded Scenic Railway) may have its route changed depending on booking availability. Also, seat assignments are at our discretion.
For groups with odd numbers of seats, bus seating will generally be shared. Please note that we may ask you to share a seat with someone of the opposite sex.
A fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for any changes to the meal plan due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., plus any difference in price. Please notify us at least 14 days before your departure date.

Please be punctual during the tour. If you are late, the tour will depart.
We will arrive at the hotel late at night (around 11:00 PM) after watching the fireworks display.
Even if you book a room for two people, you may be assigned two single rooms.
