- Boarding location: At the traveler's designated location
- Trip length: Travelers can choose to book 6–11 hours for the private car.
- Drop-off location: Travelers can specify their own drop-off point.
- Basic English and translation apps are mainly used. The drivers are experienced professionals with years of service for foreign travelers, ensuring smooth private car service.
- A 5-seater car can carry up to 4 passengers, a 9-seater car can carry up to 8 passengers (7 passengers recommended)
- Private charter car overtime: NT$ 400 per hour for a 5-seater car and NT$ 600 for a 9-seater car.
- An additional fee ranging from NT$ 300 to NT$ 1,300 will apply if the pick-up or drop-off location is outside Taipei City center, depending on the specific route:
- Beitou / Banqiao / Luzhou / Xizhi / Xindian / Xinzhuang / Zhonghe: NT$ 300
- Wulai / Tamsui / Taoyuan Airport: NT$ 1,100 for 5-seater, NT$ 1,300 for 9-seater.

How to use
After purchase, we will use communication software (LINE, WhatsApp) to confirm the itinerary and driver information with you one day before departure
Our staff will contact you one day before departure. Please make sure that your network is working properly and pay attention to the messages on your mobile phone.
On the day of the tour, you will meet the driver at the pick-up location at the agreed time.
For foreign language, basic English and translation software will be used to communicate. The driver is experienced in dealing with foreign travelers

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
