- Passengers please indicate the time you want to pick up the car in the order notes to facilitate preparing the vehicle in advance.
- The insurance is mainly provided by Guxiang Sukeda. If passengers need other insurance, please purchase it yourself.

Overtime fees are charged as follows:

Less than 1 hour will be calculated as 1 hour, more than 4 hours will be calculated as one day price
Reminders
Passengers are requested to indicate the expected pick-up time when ordering so that the supplier can prepare the vehicle in advance.
The unmanned store system staff operating hours are: 09:00 - 22:00. Please contact us after placing an order. You can pick up the car only after the operation is completed. If you order during non-operating hours, the customer service staff will serve you during the working hours of the next working day.
As stated in the product description, the national standard has continuous holidays. The on-site price increase is $100/day/unit! If the car is picked up after 12 noon on a holiday or the day before a holiday, the rental time will be calculated from 12:00 noon on the same day for 24 hours.

Those who want to rent a motorcycle must bring a regular heavy motorcycle driving license.
Motorcycle rental is limited to riding within the county and city limits and is not allowed across counties or cities.

- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
