- 如遇連續假期造成車輛調度問題時，「江南小客車租賃」得以計程車做為替代方案以順利完成接送服務，乘客如未同意車輛調度的服務條款，將無法使用本服務，將全額退費。
- 本服務以提供一般平面道路機場接送服務為主，不配合指定進入地下 / 立體停車場；若需配合進入地下 / 立體停車場，需視接送車輛是否符合指定停車場限高之限制方可提供。此外，恕不提供搬運行李至客戶指定地點，如：搬運行李上、下樓。
- 前往機場乘客請於行前請事先確認報到時間，及自行評估路況（如塞車、中途停靠點等）及車程，提前預約送機出發時間，「江南小客車租賃」不負因路況如塞車等因素造成無法登機之責任。

預約本服務當天如遇颱風來襲或國內發生不可抗力之因素，您可以於原約定時間 6 小時前聯絡線上客服或來電 0800-800189 ，我們將協助您更改或取消退款。如 6 小時前未接獲您的變更或取消需求，我們則會照常提供服務；為保障服務人員人身安全，若地方縣市政府宣布停止上班上課且接送當日的平均風力達到七級風或陣風達到十級風時，「江南小客車租賃」有權暫停機場接送服務，將主動致電通知乘客取消本服務，並返退還原車資費用。

How to Use Your Voucher

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
