  • Tianpu Inspection Fortress:
    One of the five inspection fortresses built during the Ming Dynasty by Zhou Dexing, Marquis of Jiangxia, in the area of what is now Kinmen County, Fujian Province, Republic of China. It features two gates: the East Gate, named 'Guanri Gate' (Sun-Viewing Gate), and the West Gate, named 'Zhenhai Gate' (Sea-Suppressing Gate). The fortress wall is 150 zhang in circumference, 1 zhang wide, and 1.8 zhang high, with four guard posts. Inside the fortress is a Taishan Temple, which is the oldest City God Temple in Kinmen and also enshrines the City God's wife. 

  • Pucheng Sunrise:
    Tianpu is located in the eastern part of Kinmen. 'Pucheng Sunrise' is the first of the eight scenic spots of old Wuzhou. It is said that when the sun rises, the sunlight forms a golden path on the sea leading directly to the Guanri Gate. To recreate this scene, the Kinmen County Government specifically invested in building the Guanri Tower. Photography enthusiasts can prepare to showcase their skills when the weather permits. '
