Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Alishan Line tickets can be used on Line A or Line B, and can be used for both the outbound and return journeys. There are four boarding and alighting trips. All tickets require scanning the QR code on board and can be used within three days.
Each QR code e-ticket is valid for one person only. If you are traveling with more than one person, please present the driver with an equal number of QR codes for boarding (e.g., if you are traveling with three people, please present three QR codes for boarding). If you do not present the corresponding number of QR codes, you will not be allowed to board the bus.
Taiwan Tourist Shuttle does not provide seat reservation service. Please queue up in order to board the bus.
Please prepare the QR code before boarding the bus so that the driver can scan it. Once the scan is completed, you can board the bus.
Pets must be kept in a cage, basket, or net and must not obstruct other passengers. Pets requiring a seat must purchase a separate ticket on-site.
During holidays and cherry blossom season, there are more people and the bus is easily full. It is recommended to arrive at the boarding area in advance to wait for a seat. (To avoid missing the last bus)
No returns or refunds will be accepted for any products or gifts in the package that have been used.
Please be sure to pay attention to the business hours of the redemption store. If redemption is not possible during that period, please redeem during other normal business hours within the validity period.
