Overall, the itinerary was good, and the tour guide was very friendly. We were lucky that day, getting a clear view of Mt. Fuji's summit for several minutes from the 5th station, which was truly moving. However, the 90-minute stop at Gotemba Outlet meant we didn't get to visit many shops, which was a bit of a shame. Overall, though, it's still a very worthwhile trip!
Everything was wonderful! The trip was well organized, the guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and the schedule was just right. The views of Mount Fuji were amazing, and I really enjoyed every moment of the tour. Highly recommended!
The tour was entirely in Japanese, and the leader spoke basic English, which was very helpful. The trip was smooth, saving us a lot of transportation hassles. I highly recommend this tour. Elderly people should be careful when walking through the ice caves; the stairs are wet and steep, and there are sections where you need to crouch down to walk, so please consider your physical condition. The all-you-can-eat muscat grapes are truly special! They are very sweet, so consider your sweetness tolerance before picking too many grapes at once, as this will leave you with more to eat and end up paying for.
