Age restriction: 9 years and older to 69 years and younger. Minors aged 9 to 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler throughout the trip. Those under 9 years of age or over 69 years of age are not permitted to participate.

Weather and Itinerary Changes: The trip will proceed as scheduled even in rainy weather. If the weather is inconvenient and the tour guide determines that it is not suitable to continue climbing, the trip will be cancelled or the sunrise will not be visible, and no refund will be given.

Emergency Contact Information: If your trip is canceled due to weather or other emergencies occur, please be sure to provide your mobile phone number so that we can contact you immediately.

Meeting Point Notice: Please arrive at the designated meeting point on time. If you are late, get lost, or are unable to participate in the trip due to personal reasons, it will be considered as an automatic waiver, and no refund will be given.

Health Reminder: Please assess your health condition before departure. Seniors, those with chronic illnesses, health concerns, or disabilities must inform us in advance and obtain a doctor's approval before participating.

Language Note: This is a multilingual group tour. A guide will be arranged based on the number of participants, including a Chinese-speaking mountain guide, a bilingual (Chinese and English) mountain guide, or a simple multilingual service. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.

Force Majeure Notice: The itinerary may be adjusted or delayed due to the following force majeure factors, and no refunds will be given in such cases: natural disasters, traffic accidents, severe weather, government regulations, sudden health events, social events, vehicle breakdowns, etc.

Luggage Policy: Large suitcases are not recommended. Please specify the number of luggage items when placing your order; if not specified in advance, the driver will arrange luggage based on vehicle space, and no refunds will be given.

Mountaineering Safety and Altitude Sickness Reminder: If you feel unwell during the climb, please immediately seek help from your team leader or guide. High altitudes may trigger altitude sickness; please do not take any medication without consulting a doctor. Any consequences arising from self-medication will be borne by the individual.

About Climbing Mount Fuji * Mount Fuji is the highest peak in Japan, at 3,776 meters. Without proper pacing, reaching the summit may be difficult and could even lead to altitude sickness or other discomfort. Climbing season is very crowded; please be sure to follow all regulations, follow your guide's instructions, and be courteous to other climbers for safety.
