The driver contacted us the day before to arrange the time and place. When we arrived at the meeting point, it was an Alphard, but it turned out there were only my family and I in the group, so it became a private tour. The driver was very nice and spoke Chinese. The journey was quite long, but the car was very comfortable; we could lie down and sleep. First, we went to Ouchi-juku and Ginzan-so (Ginzan Onsen). The hotel included breakfast and dinner, both of which were delicious. The showers were also great! The next day, we departed for Zao Juhyasamaja (Mongolian Snow Mountain). We needed to buy cable car tickets in advance, otherwise we would have to wait a while. We were very lucky to see this option; otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to get a room at all.
Less than 7 am to the meeting point, welcomed two young people, very energetic, but also can communicate in Mandarin, the whole process carefully explained, the group of more than ten people have elders and children, every point has reminders, and the leader pays attention to the group members need help.
The meeting point was very convenient, the tour guide was very responsible and attentive, the driver was very skilled, the itinerary was very smooth, plentiful and wonderful, a truly happy and enjoyable experience ❤️❤️
Seeing snow for the first time was fantastic for me overall. Our guide, Oliver, was excellent; he was very kind, spoke three languages, and actively guided us throughout the trip. The itinerary was very well-planned, with ample time to explore, take photos, and enjoy the scenery at each stop. The hotel was comfortable, and the driver was a very skilled driver. Although the bus seats were a bit small, they were generally quite comfortable. I was lucky enough to see beautiful snowscapes. Although the heavy snowfall prevented me from seeing the Zao Snow Trees that day, and I only reached the first level of the cable car, it was still incredibly breathtaking. The foxes were also very cute.
Mr. Kenichi Nishioka, the driver, was very responsible. He picked us up and dropped us off on time, and hiring a car was perfect for our trip. Now we have another travel option.
The group members were all punctual and well-behaved, and our tour guide, Xiao Jin, was very willing to share interesting facts about Japan. The two-day, one-night trip went by quickly, the weather was great, and everything was wonderful. However, I didn't quite understand why the KKDAY itinerary didn't explicitly mention the extra charge for the Fox Village entrance fee. This will make me reconsider choosing to participate in your company's future tours.
I had originally booked a Ginzan-Za'o tour with another company, but they said the dates were canceled by the local authorities, so I couldn't go. I finally found this tour, which even included a stop in Ouchi-juku, making it more interesting! 👍 During Japan's annual holidays, traffic jams and crowds are inevitable. Our guide, Xiao Zhang, was fantastic; he was very adaptable and tried not to waste too much waiting time. The other members of our group were also quite punctual in getting on and off the bus, so it really was a fast-paced trip! 😁 The only downside was the bus seats... they were really cramped, quite uncomfortable during traffic jams... The driver was Japanese and drove very steadily.
There were many foxes, and they enjoyed being cuddled and fed. The 90-minute visit felt a bit rushed.
