My eldest daughter has SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy). After placing the order, we were informed that the original booking at the Asakusa main store didn't have an elevator, so they assisted in changing it to the Raimen store. The Raimen store has a ramp at the entrance (I suggest the store install one in the future). My husband and I carried the wheelchair up, and the elevator access was just right for our WHILL F. If you have a large wheelchair, I wouldn't recommend choosing this option. After checking in, the wheelchair couldn't go in to let the children choose clothes, belts, and accessories. I asked them to provide a wheeled chair so my daughter could choose items, and I also assisted her with makeup and changing clothes, as she needed to stand slightly. We didn't do much research beforehand; my husband chose the store based on positive online reviews. The staff were very attentive and did their best to help my daughters put on their younger sister's yukata.

I brought my daughter to try on a lace kimono this time, and she gave it a very high rating. I'm very satisfied, and I'll definitely come back again if I have the chance.

The staff explains which rows your plan includes. Women had many options, while men had a smaller section, and the outer garment cost extra. However, the finished product was good. Overall, the staff worked very quickly, though a bit rushed and formulaic (given the large number of people). The photography was done by a photographer I work with regularly. The locations were the same few, and while he guided the poses, he wasn't too picky about angles. The final product was decent, and the focus was on creating lasting memories. Advantages: The staff and photographer all speak Chinese, so communication was easy. Disadvantages: The process was somewhat rushed and formulaic.

After comparing several options on KKDay, this place stood out. The staff were all very friendly and kind, and I was very happy with the kimono I chose. The process of putting on the kimono and getting my hair done was quick and easy; it was a really fun experience. Highly recommended! 👍

At first, I didn't know which outfit to choose, but the owner was incredibly stylistical and helped me pick out a yukata that perfectly complemented my skin tone! The hairstyle and headpiece were also gorgeous! I highly recommend everyone try it out.
